Good Meat

An incremental game where you hunt animals, cook for your customers, and buy the universe.

Description

A 16-bit console-inspired incremental game following two brothers who hunt and cook meat to build their restaurant empire from a food cart to a galaxy-spanning business.

Players control hunter Jeff in arcade-style combat, sending him out to track and take down animals across a growing set of biomes, then hand the spoils to chef Jordan for JRPG-style turn-based cooking battles back at the restaurant. Money earned from happy customers goes toward new buildings, upgrades, and unlockable special moves for both brothers, pushing the business from a single food cart toward a galaxy-spanning empire. The retro 16-bit presentation and meat-themed humor run through every system in the game.

Features

  • Arcade-style hunting mechanics across multiple biomes
  • Automated, JRPG-style turn-based cooking battles
  • Building and empire expansion system, from food cart to galaxy-spanning business
  • Unlockable special moves for both playable brothers
  • Single-player gameplay with family sharing support
  • Retro 16-bit visual style with meat-themed humor throughout
